 Our philosophy is this: 3-4 day camps are fun and girls get a chance to learn basic skills and are exposed to skills like jump serving, overhead serve reception, and quick hits and sets. We are offering a summer long exposure to volleyball. We all know how difficult it is to practice volleyball skills alone so send your young athletes to us.

Plyometric training is essential to athletes who jump, lift or throw. “Plyometrics is defined as exercises that enable a muscle to reach maximum strength in as short a time as possible.
